Where is part two? It’s my understanding that without the affidavit of repudiation being sent to the US Secretary of the State and an updated passport that reflects your SN status that yes you will run into legal struggles. Also birthmother must rescind the signature on the birth certificate APPLICATION. New to this and on the learning journey. Feedback welcome. Really wanting to hear part 2 of this.
